These are the two kuids that I need for Chrisracer's Saginaw Sub. They're the timberfactory. They just don't want to download.

27050 has been obsoleted by 27102. Unfortunately, the kuid table is wrong for 27102 and calls 27050 as a dependency. 27053 downloaded for me, no problem. Once you download 27102, edit the config to get rid of that entry. Hope this helps.
