Thumbnails Missing from Preview Screen on DLS

Hi,
Recently, I have noticed that when I click on an asset in the DLS its thumbnail doesn't show up in the preview screen on the side-bar above the asset's description. I simply get the question mark with the words 'no preview available'. That comes up for all asset builds up to and including 3.7. I rely on the screenshot, as often the descriptions are quite vague. Does anyone have a solution for me? PS, the asset thumbnails appear on the actual download side and I could use the show thumbnail option as opposed to the text version, but that just ends up with massive screen dumps of thumbnails that I then have to run through.

Did this happen up to yesterday and now things are okay?

There was a server glitch that required a reboot. I wonder if that was part of it.

No John, it has been the last couple of weeks and hasn't changed this morning. However, I now note that the thumbnails don't show up in the 'display thumbnail' option either.

Could it be that you are looking at assets before build 2.9? Many assets on earlier builds did not have a thumbnail provided by the creator and therefore the message you mention is shown. N3V made it compulsory for a thumbnail to be included in any uploads to the DLS from somewhere around build 2.9 and later.

Hi Scottish, as I mentioned in my original post, includes all builds up to and including 3.7. If no one else is experiencing this then it is obviously something to do with my content. Dam, looks like I will have to run an EDR:'(
