Well, you shouldn't be able to legally, as the UKBL site were asked by HiT Entertainment (the company which owns the TTTE brand) to immediately take down ALL their Thomas files because of a violation of copyright, as they uploaded them without getting ANY permission from HiT. I'm pretty sure that the Sodor3D site hasn't either.
