These three site are US based where they are so paranoid about copyright.
You can’t passwind there without someone wanting to patent it, copyright it or sue it, so these are probably the tightest interpretations we could expect to see but even then it would appear that in some cases it would need to be determined by a court. At what cost to the plaintiff to test it?


It really needs N3V to have a policy on ‘fair use’ if some of these older quality assets are not to be lost. I’m sure they are being repaired and swapped among friends but is that the way we want to do it? Cheers
