I opened this thread thinking that someone had discovered a new command in Surveyor!

This is a clever way of making reality look like a model, by blurring out the foreground and background. It emulates the difficulty of getting everything in focus when photographing a small model railway; always a hard thing to do, even with high power lighting and small camera aperture for maximum depth of field.

The videos were very entertaining, particularly the railway.

It’s amazing how “model-like” the real deal can look with a bit of image manipulation.
