Often times UP objects to their logo being used, and gets things pulled (even model train sets in hobby shops), videos also cuts in on Pentrex potential sales income.

I can't count the times that the video "H***** Goes DCC" has been pulled for copyright infringement to the movie "Constantine".

The guy in the DD40X original movie, that you posted, reminds me of a man of much knowledge, that I once worked with (his grade school taught children an alphabet that had no "V" in his orthodox language) "Over Here ... We have the Went Walve, otherwise known as the Wasp Exstwewder" ...
