Hello,

in my account auran need the serial number (after 1 Year with serial number now Auran want the serial number again?

I had no problems with auran, and now my serial number is already registered?!

Please help me...

Have you bought a new version of Trainz such as 2010? If so you have to register that as each version of Trainz has it's own serial number. You just click on your profile, click on serial number and add the new number and version of Trainz. If this is not the case then you should click on Helpdesk and send a message about your problem.
