The sepia series

Thanks for all the comments, even if some did go off at a slight tangent.

To return to the original thread. The sepia images are screen grabs from a video I posted on youtube a couple of days ago:

The grabs looked like this before applying the sepia and framing effects:

For those who want to try "The Mann, Phrom, Laramee Railroad" layout for themselves, see here:

https://forums.auran.com/trainz/sho...ilroad-layout-The-Mann-Phrom-Laramee-Railroad

The layout is on the Download Station. It uses only built-in and Download Station dependencies. There aren't all that many dependencies, a couple of dozen perhaps from a clean install of TRS19, required from the Download Station. It should give extremely good frame rates, depending, of course, on your graphics card and settings -- shadows at the highest possible settings can be a real killer.

As for freeware becoming payware, here are some of them.

<kuid2:648132:100498:3> - Dependent for one of the locomotives for Sebino lake.

<kuid2:58422:100052:1> - On the DLS as freeware, but dependent for one of the boxcars installed with payware...

<kuid2:44090:57300:4> - Dependent for one payware locomotive, but dependent for a few DLS locomotives,I'm sure this is on the DLS.

<kuid2:46162:15004:11> This is likely on the DLS as freeware to...

<kuid2:56063:150811:5> Also likely on the DLS as freeware.

<kuid2:86661:144043:3> Also likely on the DLS as freeware to.

There's more to,but I will not put anymore. And as for height mapped textures not working right,I do mean on steep hills and that. The screenshots are nice, but I will fiddle with some of the steam era rolling stock to see if I can fix the issue.

Another derail...I still cannot wrap my head around Content Manager and Download Station.

There are four versions of "The Mann, Phrom, Laramee Railroad" available on Content Manager. They were easy to find, I just typed "Mann Phr" into the search box.

This brought up 4 versions of the Route and 12 Sessions.

I tried
Download Station. I selected TRS19 and entered "Mann Phr" into the search box. It came back with "No Downloads Found."

What are the advantages of using Download Station over Content Manager? What are the differences and why do both exist?

Thanx

ecco - Content Manager is your local built-in utility for file management and manipulation/ viewing of your local Trainz-related files and assets.
It also allows you to view assets available on the DLS (server store) when you're connected to the Internet.

The Download Station (DLS) on the other hand, is a vast repository of both users' and N3V proprietary assets that are held on a server farm that can be accessed by registered users of Trainz products to either upload or download assets via the Internet.

ecco --

The Download Station. You forgot the comma. Try "Mann, Phrom".

I usually go to the DLS to search for or to skim through new content because it provides a visible thumbnail. I use "Manage Content" to download once I've found what I want to download.

Phil, on the launcher settings select 'View content as thumbnails' and you'll never have to leave content manager again.:p
