The "Mesh-scale" tag shattered my trust in the Wiki

According to my failed understanding of the Wiki, the "mesh-scale" tag must be a decimal value ranging from 0.0 to 0.1. I held this as an absolute truth for ages, but yesterday, while I was tinkering with a group of bushes, I mistakenly entered "024" instead of "0.24" as the maximum value.

Ladies and gentlemen, here's the biggest bush the Trainz world has ever seen (the small black dots are human figures)

The Mesh-scale tag can be used in two ways:

-Example 1 fixed size change:
mesh-scale 1.5
The mesh will increase in size (width, length and height) by 50% or 1.5 times larger.

-Example 2 random size change:
mesh-scale 1.0,2.0
The mesh will increase in size (width, length and height) randomly between 1 and 2 times its original size. Each time we place the object in Trainz it can have a different size.

Useful if building a model railroad and you want to add some plants in the room, not part of the map route itself, just background fill.
