First of all, it was earlier in the morning to later at night. Not exactly half a day. Also, I'm not a gimme pig. I'm a content creator who is working on a bigger project. I was curious considering the fact that there hasn't been many updates to the Partners Projects on the site or here, other than the Pittsburgh Sub. You can't blame someone for being curious about an interesting thing put on by JR. Not mad, believe me. Just a little upset about being called a gimme pig.

Since when do JR announce and post progress of their projects? Most of the stuff they keep under wraps until substantially complete

Plus, 9 hours and 20 minutes is way less than half a 24-hour day

I waited from when I got up to an hour before I went to bed. For me that is almost my whole day, give or take a couple days when I'm up late.

Anyway...
since this stemmed from the Community survey, and the Partner program was a community thing, I figured that it was for the community to know about what was going on in terms of projects in the Partners program. That's my reasoning. May not make much sense, but it was a justified post.

Very funny, Opus. All I wanted to know was whether the Partners Program was still on or if something came up to prevent it, because there haven't been many updates to them on the site. All there is is just a bunch of customer comments, not much else. I understand that JR doesn't share a lot of what their up to, but Mike updates the blog frequently with news and such.

That was a great question. Don't let these guys who have no clue what they are talking about call you a gimmepig. They have no idea what's going on.

And you are right, the program was a pre-announcement followed by several community emails, survey data, and project postings. All this was a PRE announcement. So you are absolutely spot on in asking this question.

Hmm, much longer than a day or two to get an official response. Looks like your original hunch played out.

If you'll note, there are pre-orders being taken for MWG 2.0. Not quite a Partners Program, but a change in JR marketing.

We're working on it, we are all just returning from a large research project. All of this stuff is still in the works, however with a small staff it does take time to get things where we need them to be. We're organizing now so that when we can properly launch everything there is no issue because we rushed. Give us some time and we'll have some more announcements in September.
