The Canadian Thread - Hi-Res images

Thanks Jack, but your photos are also very fascinating! Think it's great how you present the landscape. This visibility in your photos is really, really good, makes you want just watch his train as they drive by. Like a real good Railfanning Spot!

Here's a shot from the new route I'm working on.

So, whatelse I should put on this causeway? Any ideas?

A LOT OF PHOTOS COMING IN NOW, BE WARNED:

Past Union Station Rail Corridor's end

Passing a CN Train, around the bend lies a almost complete station

The lash-up getting passed-by

Here comes both trains! the CN won the race.

Getting passed by while the GR Transit System train gets ready to head on back to Union

The train I was driving is a train of my fictional Commuter R.R., GR Transit System, and the route is an edited version of City and Country USA 2.

That's it for now

Nice job on that Diet Pepsi unit Gerald. My brother-in-law who works for Pepsi would like that. I always tell him Coke is the real thing.

Not much happening on Main Street.

Cheers,
Jack

Just letting you all know, some of you may know this, but CN SD40s (not -2s or -3s, the original ones) became extinct in the 90's, weirdly, a number are on cn today as SD40-3s and SD40us :hehe:

Well, PMing didn't work so I'll ask it here...

Chris (Enzo1),

I am curious as to where you found the railroad workers in Post # 2398 of the "Canadian Thread" in the "Screenshots Forum"?

I have been looking for years to find workers with hard hats and reflective vests and/or jackets that are not either wearing full orange jumpsuits or working without bump helmets. I've even tried creating some myself without much success. I think that we'll agree that any railroad in the U.S. and Canada mandates that their rail employees all wear hi-vis and bump hats but it is hard to model scenes such as yours in Trainz with worker assets that are either in European gear or without hi-vis garments and head gear.

Thanks for your attention and consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.

My apologies, they are on the DLS under the name of
HP-Arbeiter
It's a whole set of people.

I didn't realize those guys were on the DLS Chris. I knew I had them and saw they were built in with Tane. Thanks for pointing that out.

Jack

Yes, thank you for that information. My German is a little rusty these days so it never occurred to me to look for "workmen" under "arbeiter".:hehe:
Thanks again and I'll add them to my routes.
