Thanks Jack, you're right, that it should be once. Try me currently at the CP Yard on the Vancouver Waterfront.

......

escd84,

I'm liking the Waterfront screen shots (assume they're T:ANE).
I keep trying to work on my own Vancouver Waterfront (and beyond) but haven't been able to get away from aircraft re-skins that all started with the need for sea planes at the waterfront (well just the other side of the cruise ships in shot). There is now an entire array of seaplanes that are flyable and are appropriate for Vancouver Ops. Check DLS under Vulcan's & my usernames for DHC6, DHC3 & DHC2 seaplanes (all T:ANE friendly). We're also doing a Cessna caravan seaplane (must finish that project..). Willem2 also has a couple of compatible & interactive seaplane terminals (Flying Beaver & Seair) that I asked him to do for the seaplane base near the Vancouver South Terminal of the airport. I haven't got around to asking him to build be the Waterfront terminal as yet (which has recently been upgraded). It'd be awesome to see some of the aircraft appearing in your screen shots.

I notice you have the Vulcan CYVR control tower already. A bit heavy handed for Waterfront don't you think? :hehe:

I've been collecting information for vulcan to build me a drivable 'Seabus' ferry for the project as well (it births at the end of the footbridge in one of your screenies). I work closely with him and can ask if you want me to accelerate the timeline.

Have you had any luck getting a loco for the Westcoast Express BBL cars? It's been a pain in the neck for me. Yukonzoom sadly doesn't have a reskinable F59PHI.

Unfortunately, most of my Vancouver Screen shots now look more like this.

Thanks Rob, had planned with your seaplanes, when I made my thoughts about the route. :D
Hope you see, also at the beginning of my route, that they fit perfectly into it.

Thanks also for the tip with Willem2. I'll keep an eye on its contents. Maybe there is something interesting, especially for the air-seaport.

As you've noticed, based on the control tower :p, I like to combine buildings. Try, where it is possible, to use the offer of the DLS. Therefore arise such "creations" :hehe: My way, because I'm not good with content creating.

But I keep my eyes open for something "decent". Let's see what I find, also in relation to the Convention Centre and the Seaplane Port.

Also had no luck with the F59PHI or West Coast control cars. But I do not give up yet.

Your images are also interesting! I am often surprised when reading the NEW AIRCRAFT thread, what is possible with the game.

Once again thank you for your ideas and notes. Will in the future come back again to you via PM, if I need some help, if it's okay?

A lot of great screenshots lately. Yours are always a treat Chris. Real nice work you're doing there. Escd84, those harbor shots are amazing. You're doing a terrific job of it. I showed them to my wife and she knew instantly that it was Vancouver. And Rob, your aircraft look very good. One day I'll get to putting some on my route but I'm concentrating mostly on track and scenery right now.

Cheers everyone,
Jack

Great shots escd84! T:ANE really brings out those reflections doesn't it?

You've given me some motivation to get cracking on a few more sea planes. I'll contact Willem2 and see if will build us a seaplane terminal. He works closely with vulcan so that the planes interact properly. The other two he's done are great.

Feel free to send me a PM if you need something specific. I don't except Trainz 'Friend' requests but will happily respond to PMs.
