Terraserver not working in TransDEM

I'm trying to generate a map, and now it's giving me a WMS Error.

TerraServer was renamed to MS Research Maps about a year ago. Download WMS/Map Tile setup from my website. They also changed some protocol parameters. Minimum TransDEM version 2.0.1

How do I upgrade to version 2.0 and above? I currently have version 1.3. When I try to upgrade it says no match for patch. I'm still getting the wms error saying Exception Code:
Exception Message:
Unrecognized output format '', valid values are: image/jpeg, image/tiff, image/png, image/bmp

What am I doing wrong? I did download the xml file and imported it into TransDEM.
