Tennesee Valley Railroad Museum recreation project

Hello everyone, I decided to make some new, this is something I felt like doing, I decided to make a recreation of the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum, that famous railroad museum that SRR 630 and 4501 currently call home, for now, I've been writing what new engines are needed to be make

• Central of Georgia 4-4-0 #3490
• US Army 610
• Southern #630 (K&L Trainz is going to make one)
• Canadian National 4-6-2 #5288
• Southern Wood Company 0-4-0ST #3
• Louisiana & Arkansas 4-6-0 #509
• Brimstone Railroad 3-truck-shays #35 and 36
• Medford Power Company 0-6-0
• and a few others

I just need to find a route large enough to start construction on the route, any help would be nice
