No trainz dose not have a team speak channel. But if you would like to join a channel that trainz members use then go to these channels and ask if you can join.66.45.231.18 or 24.34.133.237 or (108.91.138.12 not used much now)
These are channels use by those using trainz multiplayer sessions.
