OK TCR has just implemented a new member system. I will wuote it from TCR. Some ignore the purges section, it won't apply unless you join, at which point you will learn about that.

TCR Has just implemented a new member system. Mods and staff, this in no way affects you. Members, once you hit 150 posts, you become a value member, and gain access to a hidden value member forum for you only. What is there? Well right now nothing, because you haven't decided it yet. Basically, value members get there own section, and what forums you get will be discussed as soon as we actually get a value member. Oh yeah, and value members like downlaoders only are ignored by user purges.
