Any news on release date? "Early 2008" has almost gone......

I expect this is already mentioned somewhere, but I can't see it on Mike 10's (et al) site, although I see recent notes about new content in progress.

Will TC 1&2 be included or do these need to be purchased separately?

(suffering TRS version withdrawl symptoms since lack of info from Auran since the company resizing).
