TC3 CMP connecting to DLS

I recently installed TC3 having been using TS2006 for some time.

I've got a 3 month DL ticket but my TC3 CMP won't connect to the internet even though my settings are all correct. The old TS2006 CMP still connects, with the same settings without any problem!

I've been having a dialog with the help desk but I've not got a resolution and I get the feeling they've given up on trying to help me.

Does anybody else have a solution for me?

Since your other program works, this to me sounds like your settings for Classics are incorrect. Make sure that your username and password are exact. I also recommend using the "Internet setting" dialog box.

The people in Auran haven't given up on you. They're most likely on holday break right now. They are also 14-16 hours ahead being in Brisbane Australia. So what is a Friday to us here is a late Friday night, or even an early Saturday morning over there. Being a weekend too, they most likely don't respond until Monday their time.

Thanks for your response, but I have checked the settings numerous times and it still don't connect!

The help desk have tried using my profile and they can get the DLS using it. My problem isn't the settings it's obviously something on my PC that's causing the block!

I've switched of the firewall and that don't help either. I sent the contentmanagerlog file to HD but they didn't comment on its contents - only that it should work!!!

The log file is saying:

Do you know what this means apart from the obvious?

There is a profile password because the HD used it on their test!

I'm stuck awaiting wisdom!
