Switch Question

I have a switch installed from the main to a siding but operates back words. I have removed it and repositioned it but it still operates back word. The train train goes the opposite way the switch is set which is going to play havoc with the AI I would assume. Welcome any Ideas you might have.

This peculiarity has been exposed and answered several times. What happens is that your tracks are twisted. I bet that your switch is in a curved track. In order to make realistic switches, you should have a short section of track at the entrance of the points, and it should be straighten with the proper tool. If you do this, the diverging tracks will not twist and will have a better realistic look.
