Swapping the whistle sounds on a steam loco?

Thanks to the help I was given the other day regarding the Talyllyn locos, I've managed to get them working.

However, the locos use a default steam whistle which sounds like it's off a US engine to me. I'd quite like to use the whistle that the SI3d Skarloey has (seeing as they're 'twins' and the Skarloey whistle suits the engine better, even if it's not accurate).

Is it possible to do so? Obviously I don't want to infringe on the creator's rights, it's purely for personal enjoyment.

I understand the process of opening for editing in finder, where you get the config file and everything else that comes with it, so could I do it through those? How would I do that?

Open the asset you want to switch the whistle on with CMP. On the page you will start on will be a box labled hornsound. click on the button next to it with the three dots on it. This will bring up a list of locomotive hornsounds. find the one you want and there you go
