Suspicious new page created in Wiki

Not sure where I should post this. There has been a new page added to the WIKI yesterday that to me looks like SPAM. https://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php?title=User_talk:Smith4u&diff=37496&oldid=0
How shuld this be reported as there is no SPAM triangle to click?

I fully agree. This page should be removed immediately and whoever uploaded it should be banned forever from accessing any kind of Trainz/n3v site.

It's a WiKi so I just deleted the content and put a watch on it.

The link provided in the OP is to the original page, not to the current page which has been edited to remove the SPAM. Only the Wiki Admins can delete a wiki page (and its predecessors).
