Surveyor at eye level?

Good morning all!
When I'm working in Surveyor, Ican't get down to eye level anymore!
I have a roller ball mouse and it was working fine, I excied the game and
restarted Surveyor and now I can't get to eye level? Is there an adjustment
some where for that?

Are you on level ground in Surveyor? The camera is relative to the terrain.

It is possible that there has been a change in your "Surveyor Options" panel.

The "Compass Movement" selection gives remarkably different results when changing the choice from "Keys" to "Mouse".

Strangely, selecting "Mouse" also allows the use of the four arrow keys (between the alpha and numerical keypads) as well, giving you great panning and tilting control. That’s the choice I made right from the start, and never change it. I find it gives much better control in every direction – right down to eye level using the down arrow key. With that setting you can also use Page Up/Page Down keys to zoom-in/zoom-out in addition to all of the usual Mouse navigation.
