Stuttering graphics?

I have my install on a internal sata3 HDD and I get the stuttering.

Is the drive being indexed?

This will kill the program even with a new SATA3 drive.

I looked and turned off the indexing and now it works like a charm.:clap:

Is this (indexing) found in the properties section of a drive ?
