Click on settings at the very top of the webpage, then on edit signature on the left side of the resulting webpage. Only allowed so many characters in a signature.

You will need to have the images hosted somewhere, then use the Insert Image button and type in the url for the hosted image. Then highlight the code it created and click the Link button and enrter the url of the webpage you want the user to goto when they click the image.
