Stuff

Well ... I like "track" My favorite now is RTS (Romanian Trainz Studio) which is 3rd party site.

Frog L&R dress's up turnouts and makes them really pop.

Replacing the default Trainz swich levers with Switch Stand Low L&R really makes things look realistic.

So many of GFishers assets really dress up a scene: PRR Signal Cabin, PRR Signal Bridge ... etc ...

Seniorchief PRR PLS Signals are utterly fantastic !

I don't place textures, trees, or buildings till dead last.

Terminus

  My fave building is the terminus station:) :D the most boring are the static people:sleep:

A pint of Sam Smith's Pale Ale for me.

Now why am I not suprised at that.:D

For me, a pint of " somerset Cider ", a Glass of red wine or best of all a contreu and brandy. It definitely helps the route creation as you get some great ideas after a couple of them

Bill:hehe:

Good morning everyone.

A few general comments rather than specific creations. I could name several, but I’m bound to miss loads – some probably yet to be discovered.

Four important ones for me are:

1. The Trainz community. Best source of free, helpful, informative advice peppered with good humour. I learn something new almost every day which definitely enhances my enjoyment of Trainz. (Don’t tell N3V or they’ll start charging for that as well!)

2. The software. Trainz is endlessly creative. Every new piece of my route brings renewed enthusiasm and fires off more creative energy. Still amazed by it all.

3. With regard to assets, I love the derelict stuff. These items fit in well with any route based on any country and help bring trackside camera views to life.

4. Good vegetation. Even the most heavily concreted industrial landscape will be enhanced with at least a little greenery.

Cheers
Casper
:)

ps The beer assets are very good, but no substitute for real ale!
