Stuff that I do. (XXL pictures)

Hey thank you all!
:D

@euphod: I´m gonna print that out and hang it next to my laptop!
Thanks a lot!

@r_bar164: Get yourself a new HD and do your beta-testing, man!
:p

@scratchy: Its not that long. About 15miles. A bit longer than the original CN Holly Sub by Chrisracer. This is a complete rebuild.
I rebuild about 90% of the trackwork and added some miles on one end.
It was a winterroute before and I was like:
"Ohboy, ohboy, I want this in transition age and without Speedtrees, ohboy, I need to edit it to my liking, ohboyohboy, I need to make a new CMTM, ohboy, and a humpyard which actually works, ohboy ohdamn, thats a lot of work, ohdamn, ohdamn!"
:)

Thanks for your comments, very much appreciated!

That's funny, I was going to do the same with a couple of your screenshots!:D

Some more, outbound from Durant.

Wanted it in the last screenshot of the week contest, but was too late for that, so it goes right here.
:p

I personally love your route building expertise, but I have to confess that every time I see the words "Noobmountain" on the side of an engine or piece of rolling stock, I die a little bit inside. I suppose it's because your route seems so real, so prototypical and so plausible that the word "Noob" is like a glass of ice water in the face. I know I shouldn't be so picky, but one expects to see an old livery. I can stomach most imagined liveries, I guess it's the "noob" part that won't let me immerse into the scenes!

Don't mind me, I just had to say it, but I'm just a cranky old man. You kids and your goofy names!:D

Haha, no problem, you grumpy old man!
;)

The name dates back to a time when I was a noob, so yeah....
It was made to be be able to use the insignia N&W, which now progressed to NM&W, thanks to some kind gentlemen who provided me with reskins.

I´ll probably going to make a B&M video on this route at some point, as this route was originally a B&M thingy.

All I can say to my defense is that you´ll never see a tag like "Professionalmountain & Western" from my side.

I´ve got some other more realistic names on my list, but until I´ve got a complete roster skinned to NM&W, they wont see the public....

Thanks for your comment, I appreciate that.

Am I alone in thinking that the fall season is the perfect time of year for a route such as this? There's something about the bare trees and muted textures that really highlights the structures and the trains.

No, I think you are not alone on that.
Ask George (gfisher), IE.

Some more stuff.
