string-table in Session and Route configs

What is the string-table there for in configs for sessions or routes?

In my case, I can see a number of named assets are listed, but some no longer exist on either my map or as part of a session.

Can they be deleted?

The string-tables are used for humans to search for assets. The information is obtained from the data-files that make up the routes and sessions.

If the assets are causing the routes and sessions to show red in CM with "Missing Dependencies", then the best way to clean up the string table is to bring up the routes and sessions in Surveyor and use the main menu to "Delete missing assets". But then of course, you have to save it under your own userID.

The string table is not the same as the the Kuid table.
