You have Trainz Plus. It will appear as trs22.exe.
When you start the program the Launcher will, correctly, show Trainz+.
Confusing, yes, but it comes from the fact that Trainz Plus will always install as the very latest version of Trainz, in this case TRS22. When TRS25 (or whatever) is released, Trainz Plus installs will be rebranded as TRS25.exe.
