using 2006. The best workin Version of all at this time for me. I wish the 2006 with some features of 2009

2009 ; cant drive many of favoriete locos in CAB-mode.

I have 2006 as well. I'm seriously considering buying the addon routes from the website (all 4 for $20 US). I suspect that I'll have all the content I need to make my layout work.

climb mt. 2009!

i'm using 2009 and finding out what and what not to do with it. the computability mode takes a 20 FPS bite out of 80 FPS, but i'm getting a new video card friday.

there's enough that i like in 2009 to make me want it to work. and, the other day i was looking at my old box of the original Trainz and remembering how disappointed i was that you couldn't really do much but run a choo-choo. no matter what, the program is way better now and has so much value -- thanks to the content creators -- that it's a no brainer. i'm just doing a new route and seeing what i can do with it. and, as long as we don't have to look at what must be new rich barrister oriented chocolate coated F units, i'm ok.
