Just off the top of my head, in Philadelphia there's "Franklin Square" on the PATCO Hi-Speed Line. It may be closed still. And, again in Philadelphia, there's "Fern Rock Transportation Center" belonging to SEPTA.
Well, a good way to start would be to first think about what prototype you're making (I presume this is for a route right?). Seeing your excellent subway content in the Screenshots section I presume this is for a freelance subway route right? If your route is freelance a good idea might be to take a look at a city map of any major city and look at the naming conventions used on the real life systems, like New York, Chicago or Boston, to name a few.
Stations usually tended to take the names of nearby landmarks/important civic buildings/streets or areas they were located near or in, so that's a good idea to follow (like 'City Hall' or 'Convention Center'). Of course some station names can become quite ridiculously literal at times (like the infamous Boston MBTA 'Park Street Under' , or a similar version in my own city here in Australia - 'Perth Underground'.)
If you're still stuck though you could always just randomly add names to generic suffixes like 'Park', 'Street' and "Square' to come up with unique names - if you're really stuck use names of friends and family, or even fictitious characters for an added twist. It's only limited by your imagination. ')
