It is working fine in my copy of TRS22PE. I can select and load it from the list of rules in the Session Editor. The only issue I have is the bug that, when you open the rule for editing and enlarge its dialogue window to fill the entire screen, you cannot reduce it back to normal size and its sub option dialogue windows (e.g. weather, time set, etc) cannot be seen or altered because they are behind the enlarged window. This bug has been fixed in the latest beta release.
