Start up Problems

Hi guys, got a small problem with 2006. If I double click the desktop icon i get the normal screen for starting and options, if I click start it shows the small splashscreen then the screen goes dark then darker and i end up back at the desktop and Trainz doesn't load. If I start CMP first and start Trainz from there it works fine. It's not a great problem but would be interested to know why it does this.

Sounds like a problem playing the intro sequence, what OS are you running and what graphic mode are you running (OpenGL DirectX)

Windows XP Pro SP3. At the moment it's running in OpenGL but I've tried it DirectX and it doesn't make a difference.

Add -intro=disable to the trainzoptions file.

If that fails, then Run TrainzDiag C:\Program Files\Auran\TC\Bin\TrainzDiag
