Start and Shut Down locos

Does any have any idea how to start and shut down the locos in Trainz 2012? I can do it in 2009 with some locos that are built in and some freeware, but in 2012 I cant find a single loco that works with the command. Is there any way I can edit the locos I want to be able to start or shut down? Any advice is helpful

Best way that I found is to clone them and work the config file so they at the very least do not smoke. That way I have one that runs and one I can park.

Go to JR and down load the freeware RMMN Locomotives, some have engine start/shutdown
