Speed retarders for TS12?

Just curious - has anyone managed to get the speed retarders used in hump yards to work in TS12? I'm speaking of the ones from LARS on TrainzProRoutes.

They worked fine in 2010, but don't seem to do anything in TS12. When in surveyor, and I click on the properties tab, I just get the generic blue window popup.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi Neil - I made my own speed retarder as I found that they didn't work in TS2010. If you are interested, send me a PM and I will mail it to you.
