Speed indication signals???

I’m looking for signals that have scripts with built in speeds like the typical railroads out here in the US, for an example I work for the SEPTA Regional Rail and the signals we have also tells us our move and speed, for example, there’s the medium clear and medium approach signal that tells us we’re diverting and the speed is 30mph, or limited clear that tells we’re diverting at 45mph, does anyone have signals in that operate like that in the game? When I use railroad signals in the game, I get a medium clear or limited clear it lets me go at normal speed versus going at the required speed for the signal indication
