Motive Power Update

Thanks to Phil C and his magnificent work, I've been able to decrease the motive power shortage I am currently experiencing and now I'm officially done with purchasing any Espee related content from his site and also received the most wanted SP power I've been denied of having for so long. Now the only other Southern Pacific locomotives I need are some SD40M-2(SD45 Rebuilds), GP50s from RRMODS and a Cotton Belt(SSW) B40-8 from VMD.
