Sound Level

I can't set my sound (level bar) above 10%. This is with a comfortable base level established from other sources at the Windows-10 level. But even that is a bit too loud so I usually turn off the sound while making changes and set to 10% when testing or just "running".. Is there some other "master setting" in Trainz?

In the program under main menu then settings (TRS19 it's the 3-bars on the upper left corner), you'll find audio settings. I find the Trainz audio to be a bit harsh and tend to turn it way down there to 20% or less most of the time.

On my setup that just takes me to the standard volume control that is also available via other paths. I have that slider at 10% which is a bit loud for my taste. I need 5% as an available value. It seems that the only adjustment is where the recommended path and other settings overviews go. I have lived with it for years so I just finally thought there might be something beyond the horizontal slider bar. The system level setting will have to do. Far from a major problem. Lived with it for years.

Technical support:
Just wondering if the TRS19 background music sound level can be separately adjusted.
Because what is happening one turns up the volume to listen to the nice music whilst viewing Trainz content.
Start running a layout in the game and the speakers get blasted with the trainset noises.
Some software applications have separate sound level settings that can be individually adjusted.
