This is for those content creators who are looking to do something that hasn't been created for TRS yet.

I found this video on youtube, and I realized that we really need better hi rail vehicles. The MOW cranes that are built in don't really cut it. The ones in the video are from MSTS by the way.

There's a hi railer like that first one in Trainz. Don't remember the name offhand though.

Nah, I knew about that one. I was talking more about the Pickup truck sized utility truck version.

Is there anyway to turn a static Hirailer into a driveable one? I have to know!!!!!

Wow, this is an old thread. But I gave a bit of thought to that as well since firestorm32 recently released his excellent static models.

I imagine you may want to take a look at the various development resources. If I had more time, I'd look at converting one of the drivable bus configurations, like jjslll54's Greyhound. You would, obviously, have to redo the enginespec and make your own interior to make things truly authentic.
