Hi everybody,
I'd like to know if someone else is having the same issue as me regarding the CMP v3.6 shipped with TS12, or if it is common to all CMPs. I haven't been able to find anything similar in the forum yet.
As far as I can remember, the DLS was closed for maintenance (maybe in january?) and since then, the CMP seems unable to download the image preview for of the assets online. It does show the ones currently installed, but for the DLS items, it may download half a dozen or so, and then show "downloading preview" for some minutes to end up saying "no preview available". It looks like it gives up... Actually, if I look for the items on the DLS web, they do have preview.
Besides, before the update, I could do a lookup on CMP for the items uploaded to the DLS for a specific day, but now I only get "No items found".
Is someone experiencing the same problems? Any help or comment will be appreciated.
