By putting the line: -freeintcam in the trainzoptions file will allow you to take photos and videos from inside of another loco cab, where you can roam about (inside and outside) using the KB arrow keys ... in conjunction with carefully moving the mouse, you can zoom, pan, and elevate the camera smoothly.
