Smoke and Steam Effects for NYC K5b?

Greetings,

I just got TRS 2009 and loaded the VMD_NYC_K5b steam engine I purchased and used in TRS 2006. It loaded using the Content Manager just fine, but the smoke and steam effects aren't working.

In TRS 2006, there was an option for "Partical Effects", which seemed to control the smoke/steam effects. But, I can't find that option in TRS 2009.

When I load any other "default" steam locomotive, the smoke/steam effects are working.

Anyone else have this problem and come up with a solution?

Go to surveyor mode. Then go to the locomotives tab. Select the ? or query tool, and click the K5b. Then find where it says cold and click it. It has 3 settings, cold(no effects/shut off), warm? (light smoking), and hot(steam everywhere)
