Slow whether Transition down

Hello guys, is there any way to slow the weather change down. I get foggy weather then rain then clear skies all in a matter of 30 seconds is in any way to slow this transition down. Thanks

You can install this in your session to control your weather ant the chance of each weather precisely. Works great. Far better than the standard Trainz 'randomization'.
