I've been playing with reskinning a cab interior to mimic night lights. I'm using dash2 cab mechanism <kuid2:45324:90101:3>
I added some illumination to the dials, which I think look good. I did the same thing to the buttons on the radio (in the red squares in the pic below). Yet they do not appear illuminated in Driver (where the screen cap was made). I don't see it in any other art, so I don't believe it is getting "covered" by something else. I used the same technique to achieve the illumination in Photoshop for both items, but only one shows up.
So two questions:
1) Why would this be happening?
2) Are there any good interior night pics of cabs so I could see where else I should add illuminations?
