Hi,

I have Trainz Version 1 Service Pack 3, I've had it fir a while but never really used it. I've just started playing with the surveyor, and was wondering how you can link the signals to the points. I've been reading about downloading KUIDs but I am very confused. Can anyone help and explain.

If I was you, I'd turn round now before you're 95 years old and you've wasted the majority of your life playing trainz.

If you are going to carry on, and ignore the warning, then you might as well enjoy it. Have a look in the the trainz manual which should be on your disc. That is a good starting place.

The signals will automaticaly look at the section of track ahead and set the signal acording to the junction direction and the clearance of any consist in the next section. If you use a branch signal it might need to be tricked into working properly by placing an invisible signal just inside the branch junction.
