Simulate other modes of transportation?

I have TRS2004. I know that some people used Auran Trainz to simulate other modes of transportation using invisible track. I place two pieces of invisible track on the ground so that they cross each other and place a driveable male pedestrian on one piece of invisible track and a driveable passenger van on another piece of invisible track. If I "drive" the male pedestrian towards the van and make believe that I get into the van, is it possible to make the male pedestrian disappear? If I drive the van to another place and make believe that I get off the van, is it possible to make the male pedestrian appear?

I don't know any way to make that work. Passenger active busses and vans are available. (I think that Jeffmorris guy did some:D ) but nobody has animated disappearing passengers.
Maybe some scripting could be done on a passenger station that has a line of atachments and the passenger moves from one to the next before disappearing.

Not with what is available. It could be possible by creating something like a station and the van activates an animation of the driver moving to the van and then like the station scripts appears in the van.

Why not have the invisible track that the pedestrian is on tunnel down into the ground at the point which it intersects with the van?
You could then have him travel underground until it reaches the new position of the van, and have him pop back up inside the van.

You'd have to sync the van being there with him popping up, but you could do that with triggers and rules.

Smiley.

It's possible...

 We have products which "disappear" from point a and show at point b.

Passengers would "move" from platform, and appear in specific content created for them.

I'm using the male pedestrian created by Jack Straessle and the passenger van that I created. My passenger van isn't passenger-enabled.
