Shunting problem

Hi all,,,,, I have a coalmine that consumes diesel and produces coal and I have a shunter. I have siding one that train 1 drops of diesel and then goes off to a siding to pick up an empty consist to go and get more , the shunter then can unload the diesel and leave the empties ready to be picked up in siding (3)..
The same with the coal, uncouple in siding two and then pickup the full ones and the shunter fills up the consist and leaves it ready to be picked up in another siding (4).
I can probably get the shunter to pick up the consist by using a trigger to let it know there is a consist waiting but how do I tell it which one and what if the diesel comes while the coal is being loaded ?. Or is there a different way of doing the same thing?.
Can someone help me with this problem please without me having to drive it myself.

Similar answer to another tread I just answered, use trackmarks. You then tell it to couple, send it to the other siding with another trackmark and orders to uncouple, ops I mean decouple. The latter you have to ensure is added (ticked) in the list of driver commands.
