Show KUID's

How to show KUID's in Surveyor mode for TS2010 and TS 2012? Anyone know if it can be done?

In TS2010 you have to edit your ..\Auran\TS2010\trainzoptions.txt file to add this line:
-showkuids

Not sure about TS2012 but I think you can activate "Showkuids in surveyor" by ingame Options/Developer Settings.

thanks for info. I knew I coud do this in TS06. But forgot how I did it. Pardon the 'Senior Moment"!

rweber95 is right. However, this option seem to have a bug. There are certain assets that are not faulty when displayed in CMP, but are displayed in red when selected in Surveyor. A good example would be Pofig's version of SpeedTrees which are much better than the original.

A red showkuid number just means the item is not on the DLS and is nothing to do with errors (that is red in the appropriate tab list).

Hello Dralex,

I'm not Teddytoot, but I can tell you:

White means built-in to Trainz, and yellow means that it is from the DLS. And you know what red means.
