Settings for roads

Hi I'm currently using Trainz classics 3 and I am starting to build my own route, I am trying to build the railway local to me, which I am setting in the BR years, I admire the way in which the skipton carlisle route was done and wondered if anyone knows how they got just british cars to run on the road, as you would imagine I don't really want huge american pickups running on the road as it just wont look right. Any suggestions would be very welcome thanks.

Cheers

I didn't know that S&C 1960s was a region, but once I opened up the carlisle skipton route in ccp it showed their region as S&C 1960s, so I've changed my route to that, so hopefully that should stop the roads looking silly. Thanks everyone for your help.:D
