That mean that you are hosting a session and that you are connected.
Now to see who on a multi-player route open routes then in the right side is three list at the top are three triangles click the first one turn it green then in that row will be a list of 0,s if there is a 1 there then that is someone is playing a session on that route.
Click on that route click on sessions,wait a few minutes for the game find the session, click on the session then click drive. wate for it to completly load before you do anything. will take some time to load, up to 6 minutes.
If you get a massage that said do you want to down load them do so, if some stuff needs to be reverted then do that too. This only takes a minute or so. Have fun and mabe i'll see you on someday.
