anyone elses server full? Ive just bought a FCT and im thinking that the FCT might be the problem.

I had the same thing happen when I activated my FCT. I ended up opening a ticket with the Help Desk, but others have reported that changing their Planet Auran password corrected the issue:
1. Click "Profile" (at the top of the forums page)
2. Click "Edit Account" (on the left under Profile)
3. Click "Edit" (to the right of Password: ************** on the Edit Account screen)

Try the password-change trick first, then if that fails, you may have to contact the helpdesk (as long as you have a version of Trainz that is newer than TRS2006)

If you don't have an FCT it is possible for for you to get that message because the server is actually full (for those without an FCT). If you do have an FCT you should not get that message.
I have an FCT and have not gotten the message at anytime during the time frame you mention.

Some FCT users have also had that message - sometimes all that is needed is the password change trick, and clearing out the download list in Content Manager.

Have you also cleared out any downloads in the downloads list?

I'm still getting the "Server full" message when I try through the FTP server.

Just run a Network Diagnostic in TS2009 - the DLS FTP test failed (error 3)
It seems that it's a FTP issue (and yes, I've just encountered the 'server full' message)

I had the same issue several months ago (with several different assets) and found that the download was fine, but CM was hanging before it could install them. The next time it happens try this:
1. Once the download is complete (Current Speed at zero), close CM. This releases the downloaded CDP file. When you try to access the file with CM still open you get a file in use error.
2. Move the file from the ...\UserData\cache\internet folder (this is where CM stores the download) to another folder. CM apparently does some housekeeping when you open it and deletes any leftover CDP files from the internet folder. (I found that out the hard way).
3. Reopen CM and import the CDP from the location where you moved it.
This process is a pain, but I've used it several times to install the assets that were having this problem. Hope it works for you.

hello every1 im having the server full on content manager too!!!!!!!!! just new to the game only had it loaded just over a week & got me a 3 month fct the other day but since then havent been able to get the downloads glad to see im not the only one having the same problem!!!!!!!!
any ideas on when we can get this beast back on track people??????
i have the weekend off and wanna get my route building on the go but cant get the goodies to make it real!!!!!!:'( !!!!!!!!!:n:
